When you request an agent from the Christian Real Estate Network, we work very hard to match you up with an agent that will be the best possible fit for you and your situation. It’s like getting a personal recommendation from a friend, and for that reason we only assign one agent at a time.

Yes! In fact, our agents have over 17 years of experience on average, all work full-time in real estate, and most are top producing agents in their market area.

While only God knows the heart of a person, the agents we assign are followers of Christ to the best of our knowledge based on an application process and relationships we have built with them over time. Currently, 95% of our members are active in their Church and over 70% are actively serving in some kind of ministry.

We love being able to provide this as a free service! In order to do that, we collect a commission from our members called a “referral fee” which is a very common practice in the real estate industry. To make sure we are able to provide the best service and keep it free, we need to make sure we are collecting basic information from you in order to complete the referral. All the agents in our Network go through a lengthy application process and are hand-reviewed by our staff. We’ve been blessed to also have gotten to know most of our agents over time which we feel is truly the only way to vet someone. That relationship, history, reviews from families, and fellowship we have with each agent is what makes the CREN special.

It depends. Most agents around the country don’t assist with rental property, but many of our agents would still be happy to discuss your needs with you and at the minimum, provide you with some helpful resources for your area.
