We closed on a house yesterday, and Kim has been nothing short of wonderful throughout the whole home-buying process. She is a true Christian: caring, other-centered, committed to excellence, and more than willing to go the extra mile. She kept in mind our needs and wants in a house, and was quick to point out shortcomings (like cracks in floors) that might indicate serious maintenance problems down the road. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and would recommend her to anybody. I don't know. I also felt like he was trying to manipulate us to buy a house that would have been a disaster for us.
