“This was the first time we needed to schedule an inspection and we are very pleased with the experience. Lane was prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable; A pleasure to work through the process of an inspection with. He was recommended to myself by a friend and we’ll be recommending Lane to friends/family when the opportunity presents itself. We were particularly impressed with the time he took to explain everything to us in great detail and kept it to our level of understanding — didn’t talk above our heads!”

“When my wife and I attempted to buy a house a couple of years we used another inspection company that was recommended to us and we thought they were good. Using US Inspect for this house showed how the last company wasn’t really that good at all. Our inspector explained everything to us and even got me involved. It was a great learning experience and our inspector was great. Thank you.”

“Twice we have used US Inspect when purchasing a home. Both times the service, quality, and expertise of our inspector Lane was excellent. Equally as impressive has been the recognition by the inspector that a home purchase decision is a stressful time for the home owner and the thoughtful guidance and patience through this period has been tremendous both times. Both times we also had several post inspection follow-up questions, and the responsiveness and accessibility provided to us by Lane the inspector was above and beyond anything we could have expected. Great Job !”

“Dennis Mathews was amazing !! -> very easy to talk to, very friendly, have positive attitude and you could ask him any questions.Dennis was honest and didn’t try to hide anything, and he did a topnotch job with the inspection; he knew exactly what he was doing, and pointed out things I might’ve never thought about -> fantastic – I’d recommend Dennis to anyone else !”
