Welcome to the Loan Officer Application for the Christian Real Estate Network! This process will take approximately 10-15 min. In this application, we want to get to know you as a loan officer, and also as a Brother or Sister in Christ.
You will be asked to provide information pertaining to your business, personal life, and your walk with the Lord. Please have the following information ready before you begin this application:

Requirements for Membership:
Minimum of 6 months experience
Agree to contact every referral within 24 hrs. of receipt.
Agree to check your email and/or voicemail once daily.
Agree to contact the Christian Real Estate Network immediately if you discover that you will not be able to serve the referred client (promising not to refer it to another loan officer or agent)
Agree to contact the Christian Real Estate Network immediately if the referred client needs a Christian Real Estate agent in their area (This would only be the case on financing leads that we have not already sent to a Network agent.)
Agree to provide the Christian Real Estate Network with constant updates on the clients we refer to you.
Agree to pay the Christian Real Estate Network $49.95 for a month to month membership or $475 for a year membership to cover National Advertising of the Network ** If you decide on the monthly membership, we require a credit card **
