Preferred Membership Application

 

 

Welcome to the Application for the Christian Real Estate Network Preferred Membership.  This process will take approximately 10-15 min.  In this application, we want to get to know you as an Agent or Broker, and also as a Brother or Sister in Christ.

 

You will be asked to provide information pertaining to your business, personal life, and your walk with the Lord.  Please have the following information ready before you begin this application: 

  • All Personal & Business Contact Information

  • 2 References including contact Information (personal reference + past client)

  • List of areas in which you want to receive referrals from us

  • Figures on past transactions closed

Requirements to be a Preferred Member

  • A life and career dedicated to Jesus Christ!  (If you are not a Christian, please click here)

  • Licensed for a minimum of 3 Years

  • Done at least 3 million dollars in sales the previous year. (if this is not the case please contact us with an explanation)

  • Be an active participant in our Network.  This may include contributing articles, advice, referrals, and general service to all those that have a need.  This also includes active participation on our member website.

  • A desire to Network with other Christian business people (especially those in real estate) nationwide and in your community.

  • Agree to contact every referral customer immediately upon receipt.

  • Agree to check your email, fax & voicemail once daily.

  • Agree to contact the Christian Real Estate Network immediately if you discover that you will not be able to serve the referred customer (agreeing not to refer it to another agent)

  • Agree to provide the Christian Real Estate Network with constant updates on the customers we refer to you. 

  • Agree to pay the Christian Real Estate Network 25% on all referrals we send you that result in a successful closing.  (the 25% is from your gross commission, before any splits with your Broker)

  • Agree to go through an annual evaluation process upon renewal of membership.
