Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, credit card information, telephone number and e-mail address  will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Christian Real Estate Network other than as disclosed in this privacy policy.


 We do however upon the request of our clients and individuals who complete forms on our website forward all information pertaining to that particular transaction to the appropriate Christian Real Estate Agent or Loan Officer as requested.  By completing a buying, selling, financing, or refinancing form, you are Officially requesting a Christian real estate agent or loan officer to contact you via telephone or email, or by whatever means requested.  Also by filling out any of our contact forms, you may be contacted by the Christian Real Estate Network directly by either phone, email, or fax concerning your request and/or information.

We do follow up by phone, and email with anyone who contacts us regarding our services. Email newsletters are an opt-in service.  Once you complete one of our forms to request information, you will be taken to another page that will ask if you'd like to be added to our email newsletter list.  You will not be added to this list unless you opt-in.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The Christian Real Estate Network believes it is important for you to know what types of information we collect when you use our site or sign up for one of our related services.  We gather information about you when you visit our pages or the pages of certain The Christian Real Estate Network partners and when you register for any of our services.  We automatically record the name of the domain (for example,"abccompany.com" if you use a private Internet access account, or "yourschool.edu" if you are connecting from a university's domain); the IP address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet) from which you access our website; the type of browser and operating system used to access our site;the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site; and the pages you visit.  This type of tracking is in no way related or linked to the users personal information for our use.

When you register for any of our services we may ask or require your email address, name, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, or other personal information regarding your real estate preferences and needs.  On the pages that are used to request a loan officer (financing & refinancing forms) we also ask for third part information if applicable in the form of co-borrower information.  This includes the co-borrower name and phone number.

 

WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

We use this information in order to serve the needs of our customers.  We also use your information to process your requests for services, to improve our customer service and to contact you.   

 

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

The Christian Real Estate Network is a general audience web site intended to be used by people of all ages.  This section gives specific details regarding information collected from children.  Personal information is defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 as 1) a first and last name; 2) a home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town; 3) an e-mail address; 4) a telephone number; 5) a Social Security number; 6) any other identifier that the FTC determines permits the physical or online contacting of a specific individual; or 7) information concerning the child or the parents of that child that the web site collects online from the child and combines with an identifier.  We do not have a child specific page, nor do we seek to collect information from anyone under the age of 13

Judicial requests by a duly authorized court will require us to divulge certain information regarding your account should that situation arise.  We will also share your information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.  Finally, should our company ever be bought or sold, your account information would then become the property of the new owner/entity.  If the Christian Real Estate Network is ever bought or sold, you will be notified via email and a notice will be placed on the front page of the site: www.Hismove.com  At that point, you will be given a choice whether you want the new owners to have access to your information.

CAN I CORRECT OR REMOVE INFORMATION FROM YOUR SITE?

CAN I OPT OUT OF HAVING CERTAIN INFORMATION COLLECTED?

You have the option to opt out of any of our correspondence at any time by contacting us directly.  Once you opt out of any of our correspondence, your information will be erased from our database within 48 hours.  You will then receive no other correspondence from us as requested.

For the page that captures credit cards through a third party site: (prestocart.com), the latest in encryption technology, including 128 bit SSL is used to ensure that any sensitive information that is sent by you to us via the Internet is protected from unauthorized interception.  We employ the latest in firewall protection to prevent unauthorized access into our information storage areas.  We maintain a rigorous hiring process to screen out potential employees with criminal backgrounds.  All employees that we do hire have to sign a confidentiality agreement that forbids them from disclosing any information to which the employee has access, to other individuals or entities.  We also have back up servers and power supplies to guard against power outages and other natural occurrences that could pose a threat to the integrity of your personal information.  When an employee is terminated or is no longer with the company, we change the access codes that the employee used to access any customer accounts.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

 We use a service called: Prestocart.com to provide a secure place to capture credit card information.  When you sign up for a membership as a real estate agent or loan officer, you will be taken to this third party site to capture contact information for membership & credit card information on the secure page. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Regarding the collection of information for real estate agents and loan officers:  We use a third party service provider to safely acquire your information for membership.  Once you agree to all of our requirements and hit continue, you will be redirected to an outside site.  This site is a third party information collection company.  They provide encrypted pages for us to use in the collection of your private information including your credit card information.  This is to ensure that your personal information stays safe, and is solely for the purpose of credit card processing.

  

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time.  However, if any changes do occur, we will take steps to contact you by email to let you know of the new changes.  It will also be posted on the website so that you are fully aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  We will also provide you a choice as to the new use of your personal information.

  

TESTIMONIALS PAGE

We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name.  We do obtain the customer's consent prior to to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.  Testimonials aren't considered public forums in the way discussion and message boards are.
